Production Facilities
The three plants where our products are made
VisneChem is Vişne Madencilik's brand for industrial lime and calcium carbonate solutions. Products are made at three integrated sites — the Çelemli Factory in Yüreğir (Adana), the Narlı Factory in Pazarcık (Kahramanmaraş) and the Çukurova quarry in Ceyhan (Adana) — with a combined lime capacity of over 2,250 tons per day.
Three locations, one production discipline
The lime and calcium carbonate products VisneChem sells are made at three Vişne Madencilik sites: the Çelemli Factory in Yüreğir, Adana; the Narlı Factory in Pazarcık, Kahramanmaraş; and the Çukurova quarry in Ceyhan, Adana. Nine kilns — five at Çelemli and four at Narlı — produce over 2,250 tons of lime a day.
The three sites are not copies of one another but separate links in a single production chain. The chain starts at Çukurova, where limestone of 97%+ CaCO₃ purity is separated from the bedrock by drill-and-blast, then crushed and screened. At Narlı, quarry, crushing-screening plant and lime factory sit on one site. Çelemli is the kiln- and grinding-heavy plant, running on its own fuel preparation unit. The order is fixed: a particle-size decision taken at the quarry exit cannot be undone at the kiln.
Which plant a product comes from does not change its specification. All three sites are operated under the same integrated management system: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 27001:2022, together with CE conformity. Delivering the same product code within the same analysis band rests on that shared audit framework, not on the capacity of the individual plant.
Location sets the balance between export and the domestic market. The two Adana sites sit close to the Ceyhan and Mersin port corridor, from which products are shipped to more than thirty countries. Narlı reaches iron and steel, cement and infrastructure customers across Southeastern and Eastern Anatolia over short road distances. The full product family is fed by these three sites working together.
Production and stock figures
The values below are totals across the three sites; per-plant figures appear in the sections that follow.
The lime capacity is the sum of the Çelemli and Narlı kilns; Çukurova, which has no kilns, contributes to this total on the raw material side.

Çelemli Factory

Adana, Yüreğir — Çelemli District, Munak Sokak No: 5
Çelemli is the first integrated lime plant the group commissioned, in 2010. Five kilns give it 1,250 tons per day — one of the highest single-site lime capacities in Türkiye.
Its storage layout is built around product separation: five independent product silos of 1,000 t each, a 5,000 t main product stock, a 5,000 t unscreened material area and a 250 t optional silo. The independent silos keep different particle-size and reactivity grades from mixing; batch traceability and uninterrupted single-product loading for bulk shipment both depend on that separation. Together these four items form the buffer volume that lets the shipping schedule be built independently of day-to-day variation at the kiln exit.
Çelemli produces quicklime in powder, granular and lump form, along with hydrated lime and bagged product. Because the lump and granular fractions serve as slag formers in converters and ladle furnaces, the plant's product mix is planned largely around iron, steel and metallurgy demand.

In the fuel preparation unit integrated into the plant, raw petroleum coke is dried and ground before being fed into the kilns, which secures energy efficiency and consistency in product quality.
Narlı Factory

Kahramanmaraş, Pazarcık — Karabıyıklı District
Narlı was commissioned in March 2021 and brings quarry, crushing-screening plant and lime factory together on a single site. Four kilns produce 1,000 tons of quicklime per day.
In practice, integration means the raw material travels a short distance before reaching the kiln and the kiln-stone particle size can be set at the quarry exit. The fine fraction coming off the screens does not go to the kiln; it is used as aggregate and fill material. Storage comprises a 1,000 t independent product silo, a 9,000 t main product stock and a 900 t by-product silo. This keeps the need for intermediate stockpiling between quarry, crushing-screening line and kiln to a minimum.
With the slaking and packaging line opened on 17 April 2025, the plant now also supplies hydrated lime and bagged product. Aggregate, crushed sand and by-pass material from the same site are shipped to construction and building materials users.

Çukurova / Gündoğan Quarry

Adana, Ceyhan — Çokçapınar District, 5301 Cadde No: 3
Commissioned in 2013, the Çukurova site is a quarry and crushing-screening facility; it holds no kilns. The reserve here yields limestone of 97%+ CaCO₃ purity, taken from the bedrock by drill-and-blast.
The crushing-screening lines produce five separate fractions: aggregate, crushed sand, kiln stone, by-pass and fill material. The kiln-stone fraction feeds the lime kilns directly — uniform calcination depends on keeping the stone's particle-size distribution narrow at the quarry exit. The first decision about product quality is therefore taken here, not at the kiln.
The site's customer base is mainly cement and ready-mix concrete producers; sub-base material and asphalt aggregate used in highway infrastructure and asphalt work are shipped from the same lines.

Headquarters and coordination
The headquarters is in the Konak district of İzmir: Kültür Mahallesi, Şehit Nevres Bulvarı No: 3, Floor 7. Sales, export, technical support and planning teams work from here, and coordination of the three production sites is run from the same office.
Central planning exists because the same product can come off any of the three sites. Which plant fills an order is decided by which silo currently holds the requested particle size, the distance between port and customer, and the kiln schedules. Certificates of analysis issued with the shipment, and the system certificates behind them, are listed on the certificates page.
Sample requests, technical discussions and site visits can be arranged through the channels on the contact page. The plant an order will be shipped from is confirmed in writing, together with the product's analysis band and the delivery schedule.
