How we work

Four steps from sample to commissioning

A dose that looks right on paper often fails in the field. We run the process with you from end to end.

Process review
We go through feed chemistry, temperature, contact time and existing equipment together. The aim is not to sell a product but to identify which property actually drives your result.

Sampling and laboratory
Reactivity, available CaO, particle size distribution and impurity profile are measured, then compared against the real conditions of your process.

Dose recommendation
We combine stoichiometric calculation with field experience to give a starting dose and an adjustment range — and we write down what to change and why.

Commissioning and follow-up
After the first delivery we track results and retune the dose when seasonal or feedstock variation shifts the process.
